To expand it’s range, Ducati has hinted at more than one occasion that it could go into a new line that it has not competed in yet, the new line is to compete against the likes of Harley-Davidson..!!
Bar-Design made some renders of the rumored cruiser… its said that the 1400cc 170hp prototype is running, and is being tested at the Bologna factory.

Not bad looking.
I feel the history is an important factor with a cruiser… It needs to be around for a while to become a classic.

Ducatis have history alright but they are known for their desmo twins and cafe racers, not cruisers. But it will be interesting to see how good they are at it.
